  Off Site

Complete set up of computerized bookkeeping system:

Includes: Set up chart of accounts, customer list, vendor lists, and other list. Data entry (checks, deposits, invoices), and any other services needed.

$100.00/hr

Maintaining current bookkeeping (weekly or twice a month):

Includes: Bank reconciliation, entering and paying bills, invoicing and posting payments, and any other bookkeeping needs.

$60.00/hr

Maintaining monthly or quarterly bookkeeping:

Includes: Bank reconciliation, quarterly sales tax reports, monthly or quarterly worker's compensation reports, customer's statements, collection letters, and any other bookkeeping needs.

$60.00/hr

Year end services:

Includes: 1099's and 1096's (non incorporated business over $600.00/year), and any other bookkeeping needs.

$60.00/hr


Prices for special reports not included; prices depend on what skill is needed.

Additional time may be charged for travel time.

There is a one-hour minimum per on site visit.
